Script Study Hub started in 2023 with a clear idea: quality education in scripting should not depend on your postcode. Since then, we have directed a portion of every course subscription toward initiatives that widen access for students who would otherwise be left out.
These are not token gestures. Each programme below runs for a defined period with measurable outcomes, reported openly to participants and the wider community.

Students in remote areas of Northland and Waikato often cannot run interactive quiz environments on shared family devices. We partner with two community libraries to provide loaner laptops for enrolled participants who flag access issues during registration. The scheme currently covers 14 students per intake cycle.
Secondary schools can apply for a block of fully funded enrolments each term. Priority goes to schools in lower-decile zones. Teachers receive a separate facilitator account with progress tracking so they can integrate the quizzes into classroom time without extra administrative overhead.
Every quarter we release a set of script templates into the public domain - no licence restrictions, no attribution required. These are the same templates used inside the platform. Community members have adapted them for everything from school newsletters to local sports club scheduling tools.
Participants who complete an advanced module can apply to mentor newer students. Accepted mentors receive a small monthly stipend funded directly from platform revenue. The goal is to keep experienced learners engaged and to give newer students a point of contact who recently worked through the same material.
These figures come from the last completed programme cycle. They are reported without adjustment - some targets were met, others fell short and are noted accordingly.

Higher than the platform average of 78% for paid enrolments. The mentoring stipend programme is the most likely factor - funded students had a named mentor assigned within 48 hours of joining.
